I am trying to uninstall Returnil (an antivirus program). SUPERAnti-spyware found 43 adware instances. After I downloaded both programs and installed them, they both disappeared after a necessary reboot.

Both of these seemed to update successfully. After reading another post here, I downloaded HijackThis and SUPERAnti-spyware. I ran Malwarebytes' Anti-malware and found no errors. OneNote 2007 notebook pages fail to save and I cannot save new notebooks. My programs, including McAfee Security Suite for Comcast, IObit Security 360, IObit Advanced WindowsCare do not update(McAfee and WSC) or repeat the same update (Security 360) on reboot.
